But I was definitely career driven from a young age and knew from years of waitressing that I wanted to work with people in some way. I loved my regulars and greeting them by name. It truly made my day to make them feel important & special by not only remembering what they liked to drink or eat but by bringing up something they had told me the last time they had been in or checking in on how a family member was doing. Maybe it’s the small town, more simple life I had growing up, but I crave genuine, in-person interactions and I believe that plays a small, or maybe large part in what makes me stand out as an Esthetician, especially in the world we live in now. 

I’ve been working in this industry since 2010 and still am in disbelief every day when I think about what this career has taught me, continues to teach me, and the incredible amount of people it has brought into my life. No matter where this journey takes me though, I will always remain true to my “why”. I want to make people FEEL good. Yes, I’m in the beauty industry, and making people look good is absolutely a priority too, but making connections, providing a space where my guests feel safe & comfortable, and making sure they feel respected and listened to, are just, if not more, important to me. 

If you’re looking for an Esthetician who does it all, I’m not your gal. I’ve really tried to focus on providing quality over quantity and with that comes offering less. I find so much joy in providing top-of-the-line skincare treatments that are still relaxing and not so “sterile” feeling. I want you to see results, but also have that cozy space to unwind and let go of your worries for a bit. Educating my guests on the best products and how to use them so they see long-term results is also a huge part of what I love to do. I believe nothing is a “one-size-fits-all” and strive to work with you to find a custom treatment & regimen that will have you loving your skin for many years to come. Another huge piece of my business and something I really pride myself on is offering a luxury, heated custom spray tan experience that you will not find anywhere else in Omaha. The more we learn about the sun & its damaging effects on our skin, the more people I find seeking out better & safer alternatives to a natural-looking tan year round. But no one wants to stand and freeze their buns off or have blotchy, orange skin. So I’ve found & perfected ways to make a spray tan an experience that people love & can’t wait to come back and get done again & again. 

Being an Esthetician has fulfilled me in ways I never thought possible and opened my eyes to other opportunities to help others succeed in this beautiful industry. After hopping around to a few different suites here in Omaha over the years & not finding the “perfect” fit for my business, I decided to start looking into opening up a unique suite concept tailored more to the spa industry. In 2016 I started really looking into commercial spaces and after two plus years and many “almost but not quite” situations, I really didn’t think it was ever going to work out. Fast forward to January of 2019, and that’s when everything changed & I finally found the perfect space. Dirt floors and all. I was able to work with some incredible local business owners and build my dream from the ground up. August 26th, 2019 is a day I’ll never forget. Opening the doors to Beautiful Soul Spa Suites not only for my small business to work out of, but potentially 7 other businesses was truly a dream come true. I quickly realized this dream was most definitely a reality and my space filled up and I had interest from so many others. I went back to the drawing board and in the midst of a pandemic, having our first baby, supply chain issues and so many other setbacks I could have never foreseen, I was somehow able to open up the lower-level addition to Beautiful Soul in November 2021. I’m humbled to say we now have 18 incredible, women-owned small businesses who call Beautiful Soul home. I am surrounded by some of the hardest-working people in the industry and they inspire me daily.
